AMC'S & Warranty

CAMCs / AMC’s

A package customer made as per customer’s requirements. Provide total peace of mind to the customer enabling him to have higher attention to his core business. The Package comes in Fully Loaded version (i.e., CAMC) whch includes agreed number of Preventive maintenance services and includes almost all parts (including but not restricted to consumables, e.g., filters, oil, hoses, belts etc) as well as unlimited breakdown services. The version least loaded involves agreed number of Preventive maintenance services along with consumables, e.g., filters & oil.

Installation

We provide total solutions to the customer once the DG set is purchased. We provide specialized services for Installation & Commissioning to ensure that the I&C is done as per the laid down guidelines and hence affecting the product’s operating life positively. Mahindra Powerol- Spare Part's

Mahindra Powerol has a strong network of 138 service dealers called MAGEICs (Mahindra Authorised Gensets & Industrial Engines Centers), spread all over the country. Supplies of Spare parts to all our valued customers are catered through these MAGIECs network. All our MAGIECs are well trained to maintain adequate stocks of spare parts, based on the MAHINDRA Inventory Management system. The inventory levels of all the MAGIECS are regularly monitored & reveiewed by our CCMs and HO, to ensure total customer satisfaction We have a well established & state of the art Central Spare warehouse at Wagholi, Pune where sufficient is maintained and monitored to cater the spares requirement to all the MAGIECS. Well defined systems are in place at this central depot, to meet the most stringent expectations of the customers. Also, for some other crucial parts we have direct arrangement in place wherein spare parts are supplied directly from vendors to our MAGIECS.
